The essence of autonomy is will. This is a human lot. Human can not choose to have a will or not, and no one are able to remove or reduce a humans will. It is still you who have autonomy and must choose. Human my feel that their ability to chose by them self are being reduced or increased, but this is not a question of autonomy or not. Your room of action might move, but your autonomy will remain the same. If you are not satisfied with your room of action this is your autonomy speaking and fighting against the external restrictions trying to tell you how to act.

life is great deeds
The essence of life can not be captured by words but it can be known by great deeds. Words can reveal the cracks in life. Great deed are the light that comes through the cracks. To know the light you must love great deeds that touch you by hart. We are surrounded by great deeds, and even some wordly poiesis are great deeds that do touch our hart.
